Body Positive Nutrition

This 2-hour workshop will help you to create a body positive environment to boost your family’s body confidence and raise your children to be intuitive eaters. What’s the best way to help your children to be confident about themselves and their food choices? That’s right, it’s by following your lead. We’ll make your life easier by showing you easy hacks to help your kids have a good relationship with themselves and food.
